Some markets will be oversubscribed and jobs will be scarce and alternatives have to be considered. Others will have embarked on a degree which is not totally what they envisaged. Important decisions now need to be made to ensure the career direction taken will be the right one. Our psychometric assessment for graduates is designed to ensure they have a clear view of their direction while remaining practical and motivated in rethinking their career future. Psychometric Assessment

Quality top of the range on-line tests that have been carefully selected for this service to investigate;

  • Aptitudes (verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning - to ascertain your strongest aptitude)
  • Personality characteristics (what type of working environment you would best fit in)
  • Occupational interests (highlighting areas to match your highest aptitude and personality characteristics).

These tests are not passed or failed; they are used to ascertain your chief strengths in order to identify the most appropriate career path. This first important step will greatly assist in intelligently planning ahead for the future.

Telephone Consultation

Following on-line testing, you have access to one hour of telephone consultation with one of our Consultant Occupational Psychologists, who will provide detailed feedback from the psychometric assessment, discussing important issues that are crucial to career planning. The assessment will provide more self- knowledge and a deeper insight, to help make the best use of your skills, your interests and personal characteristics

After The Consultation

Not only will you receive a great deal of information on the day, we will be researching on your behalf to gather the relevant information you will need to make a good start on your career journey. You will receive an in-depth written report, which includes an interpretation of your psychometric and personality assessment. The report will provide you with;

  • A detailed analysis of your work-related strengths
  • An analysis of the career areas which best suit your strengths and ambitions
  • Advice on graduate employment and working environments which are most suited to your strengths and personality characteristics
  • Further advice on job-hunting tips to assist you in making a positive start
